Technical writing course uses a lot of communication and educational aspects that allow us to communicate effectively and improve our education. These ways include the communication between the students themselves as well as the students and their instructor. On the other hand, the educational aspects include a lot of practical sites and activities which occupies the majority of this course.

1-Moodle : It is an educational and communication site which has a great effect in all our progress. It made our life easy where we had to submit our assignment and receive the corrections from the instructor as well as the ability to ask questions about the course and open topics of discussion, all done online by a click of a mouse. In addition, all students are enrolled in this course and they have the ability to reply and exchange help online.
2- University email: Which is the university email which provides us with the connection. Furthermore, we can apply what we learned in one of the assignment using these email.
3- Workshops : Which is the class strategy, working in groups to solve or to communicate with others and to discuss ideas and to open our mind and listen to others.
